I am in love with the double band waist trainer! This is my second one. It’s breathable,, hold you in in all the right places, easy to work out in and wear daily! My waist is looking more and more snatched by the day! Definitely will be ordering again as I size down.

Once you put the waist trainer on it gives you that coke bottle shape immediately. It gives so much cover, with a nice firm tight grip. I wear it at work. I recommend you wear it with a sports bra not a wire bra because it’s so uncomfortable. I had mines for about 5months. You’ll start seeing a difference within 3wks. My stubborn back fat is gone. You want feel the burn or sweat until you remove the waist trainer that’s how comfortable and durable it is
